What counts as one test? One full adaptive practice session, with every tier available, and your results and review at the end.
Do packs expire? Test packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Can I get a refund? If you change your mind within 14 days and haven't started any of the tests, yes — in full. Once you start a test the purchase counts as used and isn't refundable, so if you're unsure which pack suits you, buy a single test first. Full details in our refund policy.
Who takes the payment? When packs go on sale, payments will be handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for the sale.
